Doh worry my bro in law is a us citizen also so we already planning to buy some 90s JDM monsters . Only thing most will be left hand but it would be able to convert cause its JDM . Already eyeing a 240sx ..those going for around 2500 . So if you see a 240sx PED plates is legit thing.

Don't know the back story here but there are many legal ways to import older vehicles and even very expensive vehicles with little tax for business,sports,special purposes etc...you just have to be aware of certain concessions and considerations and make a special case/proposal through relevant boards etc..you just won't be able to transfer for a couple years.

Not going to elaborate further..but I'm certain I can make an argument to legally import anything if I put some thought into it within a particular context,scenario etc,there are legal provisions for such within many state boards etc.

The year of manufacturer for the Bt50 in question has to be before 2005 because somewhere around 2005-2006 the newer models came out.

The car is 100% legit, seems like you have a problem with this car, any furthermore questions why don't you let stolen vehicles impound the car and do an investigation?? Don't you think if the car wasn't legit he wouldn't be driving it all over and even running such recent plates on it????
