The questions and no problems yet just goes to show how young this tech is. You will claim its not but this is the first time in history we have so many manufacturers making hybrids/electrics on such a large scale.

The better mileage saving not gonna mean alot of money as we gas prices still pretty low. Yes you can buy cheap and save alot of money BUT for me the inconvenience is a greater problem of have a "brick" sitting on your driveway for a long time (expertise to diagnose, parts and then expertise to install correctly). Buying from the big dealers with a warranty helps with this. If you decide to go by a foreign used/new dealer I would say you play ah play whe mark and counting your winnings before the draw.

Hybrids tend in general to require less msintenance than conventional ICE cars. Yes there are some who will get problems but that will.be small. The honda accord hybrid for example has been arround for more than five years. The mazda 3 hybrid has the same detuned skyactiv engine of the regular 3 and hybrid components from the prius including battery .These prius batteries cannot even be given an.average life span because they are doing well after 10 + years.

I have a hilux and if the engine goes 45000. I really think that the
Average buyer willbe greatly satisifed and the very few who have problem no worse off than a kia or cruz or hilux with problems

One of the least likely things to fail.is the battery. Why select that above other components to worry about. Biggest problem right now.is to get the us. May have to face dealers who I feel taking to big a markup on.the hybrid

No warranty, its a risk im taking, this 2017 cr7 should cost me around 200k OTR, but picture the savings im getting importing this vehicle myself, a local honda civic is 270k, and a civic is in no class of this accord hybrid, ill buy the accord hybrid and save the 70k incase of problems, ill source and import my own parts
