Cooked and had lunch in the back yard yesterday.

Roasted chicken, grilled potatoes, quinoa salad. Did the whole chicken in the Charbroil Big Easy Smoker, Roaster, Grill.

The grilled shark, wasn't really grilled as on a grill eh, just chunks seasoned and cooked on a stovetop grill pan. Sorry for any disappointment. :lol:

pricesmart have cheap tents you can use so those leaves wont fall int your plate. :lol:

did you try any wood chips for flavor?

There is mince lamb selling so you easily substitute it in for mince chicken or beef and expect some different flavours!
