yup, I'm very familiar with them. they originally came with a spring piston system, later models & including the off branded alfamax come with gas piston.

For the $$, its an excellent hunting break barrel. Parts reasonably priced & widely available, could move very heavy lead pellets at a decent velocity so it could be used to hit targets at some kinda far distances, and its proven to be an accurate platform over the years.

You looking at getting one?

Scope would come in handy for those longer shots or smaller targets.
shake boi u kno u could mount a scope and still use the iron sights if want by using a see thru mount right?

I am asking. Most the guns around seem to be single shot.

Break barrels are single shot

Most PCPs are multishot
Some are even semi-automatic and full auto

A bit more reloading efficiency and that would be an awesome alternative.

I'll stick to the marauder for now though.

Good developments there . I like the semi auto ability . That one shot and park up an reload in terms of and projectile gun is pre World War 1 business.
What is the deal with air handguns/pistols in TnT ?

Every so often hunters show up to hunt the empty lot across our street..

I'm not sure whether it is state land ...it's in La Romaine by the commons.

Is this legal?

Today they were hunting iguana...last time they shot and took the pair of chicken hawks that made a home in the area...people eat chicken hawk s?

I went out today and told the guys that it was private land and the owners said they didn't want any hunting....this pair of hunters were polite and stopped...despite the iguanas being visible...

If it is state land can we stop them....?

If it's state lands, then no you can't stop them. State lands, unless its a game sanctuary or the property of a state entity, allows open access to everybody. If it's private land, then they would be trespassing & could be stopped.

Killing raptors is illegal, and they could be charged for it. I've heard of a few people that eat hawks, I don't promote the practice.

Techincally, once they have a lizard permit, iguanas visible or not, on state lands or private with owners permission, no laws were broken.
