Tarpon bite still great guys...i mean your bait litterally hits the water an u hard on a fish withing 5 seconds...caught some cavali and lost some nice sharks too...

i'm sure they are biting great...care to share where??? pinpoint on a map maybe??

I fished yesterday...tarpon bite real hot...held like 51 tarpon...real game...

Yea we fish dem for sport and is strictly catch and release but we do catch other fish...caught like 6 cavali and threw back like 4...

by CG like on the jetty?? u have links oar??
if its on the jetty then you could catch grunt, redfish, moonshine, cutlass fish and the rare ancho....you could use live bait or dead... herring, sardine, jashwa etc....

if its around the bend by the CG then doh bother...pass scotland bay into the 1st there are some rock cliffs on the rhs....anchor about 20-30 ft away, right where the current slow and u sure to catch nice reds and rock grouper...
