Well the radar seeing the clouds. But where the low pressure system associated with such a forceful rain even? I watching satellite since day before yesterday and it just seem to dissipate as it approached trinidad's eastern coast with winds moving north lol. Then juss jusso a few forceful and sporadic flares and half the country flood? Those clouds manifested on our west coast. Noone saw that coming.

owner of car probably said, Ha- I'm good I parked on the opposite side of the car park, no flood wata to worry about. comes outside to see his car looks like a hard top convertible.

crazybalhead, it's fine now. The pics I posted were sent to me, but when I passed about 15 mins ago, it appears as though the school bus and and red focus were stalled. Both of them are at the side of the road though and not really impeding traffic.

So a little rain falls and some of the country is in a mess. Some classes cancelled in UWI.

I do not know when we will learn.

We are nowhere near ready to deal with ANY kind of natural emergency situation in Trinidad.
