Zidane underestimated this game, Villareal are a decent side and with a half fit Cristiano and Benzema it was insane to not even have a fully fit Modric on the bench. Would understand the rotation 20, 30 games into the season but it's just 5 games play the men if they're fit to play. Only good thing that happened yesterday was that both Barca and Atleti drew as well.

Next game is a tricky away trip to Las Palmas who have had a good start to the season.
