^Yup. Was hard to get decent footage because of tighter marker restrictions though

Good times were had nonetheless

Leaving the Port of Spain Waterfront at 8:00AM Team Paramount arrived in Tobago at 9:10AM to complete the 116-mile journey in 1 hour 10 minutes to claim first place in the 2016 Carib Great Race on Saturday the 20th August, 2016- a maiden victory for the team which consisted of the crew: Jason Laing (Driver: some of you may know as Trinidad’s EcuTek tuner), Patrick Balgobin (Navigator) and Donald Webster (Throttle man).

Following Paramount to claim second place overall and in Class A was Gulf Iron Man in a time of 1 hour 17 minutes. The other Class A competitors Vortex and Mr. Solo Too suffered mechanical failure which prevented them from finishing the race and Big Thunder was automatically disqualified from the competition after breaking out of the speed limit for the class.

In Class D it was Sheriff Lobo who placed first with a time of 1 hour 31 minutes- the only competitor of Class D to finish as Chris Gone Wilder and Ultra Rush had mechanical failures.

Class E saw Outlaw and White Heat place first and second with the times of 1 hour 32 minutes and 1 hour 46 minutes respectively. Remaining competitors Blue Ice and Papichulo did not finish whereas Energiza did not start.

Similar to Class D, there was only one team that made it to Tobago in Class F, Chris Gone Wild in a time of 2 hours 1 minute.

Class G had three finishers Limitless (1 hour 55 minutes), Pum Pum Conqueror (2 hours 1 minute) and Powered by God (2 hours 20 minutes). Fellow Class G competitor Infusion IV like Big Thunder was disqualified for breaking out of the speed limit.
