Looking for a job

Good day, I am in between jobs for 3 months, contract was not renewed, tried cbean jobs, jobstt, Trinidad jobs, recruitment agency want 300 for an "evaluation, sending resumes all day, doing some odd jobs at local businesses in the meantime. Also networking with everyone I know to send my resume but no luck, these days its all about who knows you.
I have a Bsc business mgmt and finance, and worked in both public and private sectors in various capacities. Applied to banks and still no word
If anyone know s and vacancies ,let me know
