I can't tell, can't see the label fine print clearly enough. Why you think is counterfeit though, because of where you bought it? or is it snapping too easily.
I had a similar issue with Sufix line some years ago. I bought Sufix in the US and it strong, the local Sufix was bursting like thread, same 30lb test but in different colours, blue and green.
It's interesting with that point you made on the sufix, its the same experience I had as if the old stock that're out of production and being shipped to dealers here. I still have an old spool of it that's supposed to be 60lb, has a 30lb diameter and pops easily when I tie dropper loops more so than standard 30lb line. Never had issues with the local trilene though. Now I just use high seas and ande.
Had that issue wit suffix...trilene working excellent ...everything is exact except for the logo with and without the fish. That's the only difference.
For real.... I got one eel and a stingray... The rest of the crew got a few small cro cro, one power and few pan salmon...real pressure... Those trawlers destroying the gulf... Smh
Haven't had much worth posting about recently.. until this morning. Caught and released and nice tarpon from the kayak today, the first one jumped as I hooked it and spat the hook. This one... hopefully we'll meet again when he's bigger.
went out last week saturday and was in a supposed red fish bank DDI, get a bit and pull up, one big ass choof choof......my day was sour after that yes....best thing was they call the choof choof a Spanish Cavali and put it in a man cooler
