What ever happened to the party city Derick Chin was gonna build ? All the hotels and casinos and international restaurants and clubs. That was a good project to bring in the tourist. The Dubai approach I called it.

He was hounded by the JCC until he gave up on it. Google Derek Chin's Invaders bay project.
