Those things don't remove any plaque, there is no scientific proof of any of that. What things like garlic does is relax the arteries to slightly lower blood pressure.

The only thing known to remove plaque at an acceptable level is fish oil Omega. In order to remove plaque you are going to have to spend 15 years eating healthy, eating sardines, salmon and raw olive oil a tea spoon a day. Also magnesium and potassium help aswell, you get that from broccoli and lots of magnesium from pumpkin seeds.

You are going to have to follow that diet for 15 years to have any kind of effect, there is some proof those nutrients move plaque to the liver for processing.

But its of ZERO use if you go back and eat fry food, fast food etc. Them old people live long because they eat lots of vegetables and little fast food if any, its just coincidental they use all those stuff like garlic etc so you think its some sort of Arteries Cleaner there is no such thing as Arteries Cleaner, all there is, is boosting the functions in your body to naturally cleanse it via nutrition over a period of decades.

The only people who will 'drop dead' suddenly while practicing a healthy lifestyle are those with a disease or condition.

Thats the problem with the world, people believe in this alternative medicine BS. These witch doctors we have in Trinidad selling cow feces in a pill and claiming it to be herbal medicine.
All the idiots buy it for big money, to cure aids, cure cancer, cure diabetes. Clean arteries like injector cleaner.

Alternative medicine will always be here making a huge profit so long as people continue to believe in superstition and aren't educated in science. There is nothing in the world that can clean arteries except a surgeon who will cut it open and manually remove it. The only way to naturally clean it is eat right, exercise and hope you giving enough nutrients to the mechanism in your body that moves plaque to the liver for processing. And even that is pointless in the end as we know now aging is a disease, the worst kind there is.
