House building cost - ???

Postby swordsman » March 21st, 2016, 1:10 pm

So i'm gonna ask a general question -

Does anyone know the average price per sq ft to build a house on a flat parcel of land, centrally located?

A basic house inclusive of -->plastered walls, gypsum ceiling, basic bathroom tiling???????

Building house now, 30x50 3 bdr. At the finishings stages with kitchen to finish and some tiling. Spent approx 350K so far. Land was sloping, some bad money spent here and there, poor workmanship and do overs here and there. Wish i could hit a reset button an do over!
Building is stress, but worth it, you will save greatly. Shopping around for deals and savings you need to do, supervising workmen is a full time work in itself and is real headache!!!
But it is fully rewarding to see it go from start to finish
