well depends on how chummy they really are. were they hanging out with her on tuesday too? might not be such a random pic. some ppl does latch on for the whole of carnival.

This is really sad......this girl was more into our culture than many of us...and probably sacrificed quite a bit to be able to participate the way she did.

I hope Pan Trinbago,and the NCC or who ever do something like a moment of silence at the pan champs to recognize her contribution to our thing.
