Need info on transferring vehicle

I got a vehicle from my uncle but he passed away a little while after and i did not transfer it on my name, what do i need to get this car transfer to me?
No will was made and the death certificate is on my sister name...

Anyone can request a copy of a death certificate afaik so you can go get a copy. You have a receipt pre-dating his death?

probate of will or in your case " letters of administration "
death certificate
certify copy no longer than 3 years
2 forms of id well dp must be one of them .
