A Friend just got in a JBL set that sounds great and the Party Mode is fun , 3 of US connected by Bluetooth from out Phones and played Music , Fun kicks in that while someone is playing a song you can Interrupt it and play yours and it will Pause his song .

Diamond box may be the loudest of the portable speakers, but lord alone knows how they came up with that price.

Your budget can get you a sweet pair, I personally have this:

http://www.amazon.com/Infinity-One-Prem ... y+speakers

But my cousin has this bose:

http://www.amazon.com/Bose-SoundLink-Bl ... +soundlink

Both get plenty loud, before buying mine though I was looking at this Sony:

http://www.amazon.com/Sony-SRSX88-Premi ... 1248879011

The Infinity I have runs with the big stuff, trust me on that, just check some video reviews.
