Does anyone know what is the process for registering or licensing a boat bought second hand

What kind of boat? I pirogue just needs to be registered and licensed with the ministry of agriculture i believe. Its pretty straight forward.

half of them boats not carrying local registration
it is only headache if you looking for a fisherman license to get engine discount
the local maritime rules are very lax

Real question is how does the recent budget affect the import of vessels.
Min of fin said "approved fishing vessels" no taxes.

That could be interesting and worth the while to look into.
