But the initial numbers are showing the PP won the popular vote and if this holds then most Trinis did not vote out the PP!!

That is what's scary. It means the majority of voters yesterday did not vote for things like integrity or honesty. Just "performance". So a government can do endless evil, but as long as they open lots of empty buildings and give out money and houses they didn't build, the majority will still support them.
