always wanted to know how to make the peas/dhal willing to share the recipe?

Boil dhal with garlic, salt, tumeric, pimento until the peas are soft.
Pulverize until smooth with either immersion blender or a swizzle stick.

Turn off heat

Chunkay by frying some whole garlic cloves and geera in a metal ladle and pour into dhal while covering pot.
