Personally, the minimum for my club is bundesliga and pokal. Nothing less. Pep fell under the bar this season but I wouldn't go as far as to crucify him. Two reasons. Still basking in the glow of wcup 2014 and I know that the previous coach (jupp) is just a phone call away to continue coaching Bayern if needed. So I will give pep the latitude he wants (not that I have any choice). Not like we in a manu-type position *shrugs*
