the prints will peel of the paper since its wax...
had numerous problems with this....i returned to a 7835 until lease is up, switching to Ricoh after...

already have a ricoh on another floor and no issues whatsoever...

all user account ID's in the xerox accounting is locked out refuses to copy

Why are all the accounts locked. Don't remember the pass-code ? If you don't enter the right pass-code of course it wont print.
