Cm12 working best. I love it. Even my benchmark score went up.
Couldn't wait on the OTA so did it myself.

really good phone owned 2......the second one i bought had ghost touches and mis touches..and this is not related to software AS SOME PPL SAY its because one+ doesnt take measures to ensure that the flex cable for the screen doesnt ground off on the back off the lcd causing this issue!!!

Did the update.... may just go back to an Iphone seeing that the interface now resembles it..... dont like it at all....

dont like how you have to reach all the way up to the top of the screen now during a phone call to turn on the speaker. Conference calls are even more painful...I cant seem to get the camera to work off the launch button. Before you cud have held the launch button down and take a screen shot, now you have to hold the right side button and then select screen shot... requiring two hands... and when you try to edit the button functions its not taking the save.

The Volume is not as smooth as before the upgrade. adjusting game play volume (for liek Real Racing 3) is now a task

Phone froze a total of four times thus far since the upgrade, never froze before....generally not feeling it.

Yeah im really pissed with this "software upgrade"

anyone who has a link to revert back to the old software let me know, cuz its still a great phone.

screens now... unimpressive. Notice the "no service" ..i have ppl try to call me when it says that and they say it varies...some calls coem through.. others say it says "phone is siwtched off"

Also had to set-up my other email addresses that I use for work other than Gmail...which requires you to sign up for a Cyanogen account now before proceeding. All of this just leaves a bad taste in my mouth now for a phone that initially was so awesomesauce.

from owners of the oneplus one is it a dependable phone as where I can go day to day and get stuff done with little problems? I have a 5s atm and I was thinking to go back to android but I am considering the sony z3 or the oneplus one.....just want to know if it is worth it..

I had no issues with my phone (hardware or software) very good phone durability wise and no lagging .. I didn't like the new update (cm12) but was just with UI ... but it has grown on me .. never had any issues with screen or service or anything like that .. some other members have exp. such

both options mentioned (z3 and OPO) are great phones ... choose either depending on your budget and you good to go

well the OPO is in my budget and if I do take that I would have a little change in my pocket but I want a good daily phone that would give me little problems and I have heard how people are getting alota issues with the software aspect of the phone

I had no issues and to give you reassurance ... I purchased 4 other OPO for family and friends as they saw mine and wanted one for themselves and to date I have not heard of any complaints and these are people I interact with on a daily basis. It is solely your choice, so you can take the plunge if you want. I am very satisfied with my purchase as it does everything I want it to do and holds it own against other manufacturers flagship phones.

not sure if my issues are because of the lollipop rom or actual phone but would not buy another for the time being...

issues:-

-phone can get very hot with limited use - rare occurrence
-had an instance of being shocked with it
-had to reboot phone as calls were not activating the external speaker for you to hear it ring
-touch is way sensitive and instead of scrolling down or up, as you touch the screen it goes to the link

Pros-
-Fast
-cheap
-95% reliable

made my peace with it....using it for the long haul...still value for money

still better than a BLU and its cheap....hearing alota reviews on it and plenty people says its a great phone...I like how ios work but it just way too dependent on iTunes and I constantly feel limited...when I had an android it was just endless possibilities

You can purchase every Tuesday without an invite.

@16 Cycles
had to reboot phone as calls were not activating the external speaker for you to hear it ring

This was happening to me also till I realized is a feature in the lollipop rom after doing sum research.

Check in settings>sound>interruptions> the 1st field change to always interrupt when calls and notifications arrive.

As for heat problems, never had any.
