Having some shoulder issues myself....taking it slow and using the days to rehab and light weights and level cataflam and ice...

mainly do rotator cuff warmup exercises. it happened to me also.

i been off a while now and training in an old iron gym with no ac on freeport main road. not doing too bad. taking a few months off then gonna hit some igf1-LR3.

Shoulder dislocators. I bought a 6 ft stick from Bhagwansingh just for that.

You can also do it with resistance bands (have some on the way).

Doing behind d neck pulldowns i got a twitch so i use light weights...but how dus one pull a neck muscle on lat pulls? Jerking and uncontrolled speedy reps are the culprits..

Maybe needs a lil form adjustment. I know I sometimes struggle with form.

point to note, not all the gym in the world can prepare you for that carnival sun, went with my GF to play in a band in port of spain yesterday and today (yuma), i home already, can't make...lol, head/back/feet/eyes hurting...back burning like crazy.....this does happen when u running down young guyl in gym...lol. i looked good tho!!lol

if you can buy your gear online i did along with a hinge brace for my broken knee and it came up really reasonable check zappos for shoes their prices really good

Check sports an games or francis fashion, they normally have some good pairs of new balance that are very reasonably priced. I am on my second pair, paid about 300 each, first pair lasted about a year
