AFAIK they were used on site for sometime without plates as they were running offroad on the project,then licensed for road use some months after.

I actually think they obey the rules of the road to the letter. Probably some of the new contractors I seeing bad drive you perhaps?

they actually dont care,speed governor installed on all of em,and the drivers get paid by the hour,so they are a hell of a nuisance on the highway as they go slow as fcuk and drivers dont give 2 shits anyways,time running so money running
