Well last time BMW and Mercedes tried to do something other than making cars they get blamed for helping Hitler with the Holocaust.

So I would assume they learned their lesson to just stick to making cars as they should have done in the first place. Besides War and Hunger should be an issue that governments are supposed to solve not private companies.
