On New Years Day 2015, I took my kids to La Brea Village, Trinidad - to visit the local Pitch Lake. It wasn't a planned outing but luckily I carried along my camera... On arrival I met a stranger, he introduced himself to us as Ray - and told us that he was a tour guide for the lake. So we got a safe parking spot and then followed Mr. Ray down to the lake, it was there the history lessons started... he asked me to take out my camera and capture photos as we were going along, I decided to do video footage instead.
So this was my visit that I wanted to share with the rest of the world, it was very informative and I met a wonderful old guy... and made a good friend. I didn't walk with any external mic, and the camera was held by hand - I do hope everyone enjoys this short documentary of the Pitch Lake in Trinidad, I provided sub-titles for a better understanding of what was being explained by Mr. Ray.

Pillow tree I think is pillartry/pillotry which I don't think is a real word but refers locally to any structures containing pillars or pillars themselves.
