Apart from the indigenous producers of hardware most of the others are bolstered in great part by allies as well.

The Japan Self Defense Forces have a significant US input via sales and aid even when they manufacture they own equipment its with plenty help. Their Kongo class destroyers are essentially Arleigh Burke class with modifications, their Mitsubishi F2 is essentially the F16.
ROK Armed forces also receive significant US assistance.

yea thats a pretty accurate table i would still say america has the ability to lead to two theatres of war against the 2nd and 3rd (russia and china) simultaneously if need be exclusive of nuclear warfare however it will be at a tremendous expense and they would need to initiate war..IMO

success at war is a lot more complicated than just adding up what resources you have. Its about strategy. placing small inconspicuous weapons in positions to do the most damage. & the ideal initial targets don't even need to be military installations either

So why do the US military seek training from Israel and the S.A.S?

There's nothing wrong with that. Certain militaries or elite police forces are within ENDLESS war zones, thus they have developed specialized fighting skills that any tactical force can do well with learning or emulating.

For example Rio De Janeiro's police service (can't remember their name) which services those favelas' with extreme precision.

Swat teams from around the world go to them for close quarter tactical training because they're just THAT damn. Good.
