Rubber Mats for Floor

Postby Conrad » December 2nd, 2014, 3:53 pm

As per the subject I'm looking for some 3/4" thick rubber mats to lay down in a room. Where can I get them locally?

Online I've seen people recommend to look for:
Horse stall rubber mats
Or
Revulcanized rubber mats

Which branch of PriceSmart j.o.e? I tried PoS a few weeks back and they had what you'd put by your front door only.

Thanks douglas..., I got quoted a price of ~$1,200 +VAT for some 4x6 "gym mats" earlier today.

I want it for a home gym BUT I prefer to say I want the mat to have little to no compression at all. I've seen some advertised for gym purposes that would slightly compress below my feet, far less for if I have a heavy barbell in my hand.

I was advised to look for the revulcanized product similar to what is used for horse stall mats.

Basically I don't want a nicely packaged gym mat made of rubber with price to match.

Unless you guys are talking about something else, Pricesmart has anti fatigue mats, but those have holes in them, not sure that would work for OP
