Try to get into it legally. They could put limits in place like one person not allowed to own more than one outlet that sells marijuana.

I see nothing wrong with he big upstream providers having to tighten their belt. Chances are they have enough to retire on already anyway. If they small time they could register themselves and their small shop and apply or a distributor's license. With it being legal you ease up the police force a lot so that they can tackle real crimes like heavy tint and fog lights
... I mean speeding (if only they put things in place) and muuuuuuuuuurder.

You also have less need for people involved in the trade of it to get involved in crime as well.
