depends on the individual...I never feel weak, but some people do. Best advice is get a good rest the night before, and have a good breakfast, and leave a few hours free afterward

Last week was the second time I gave blood in my life and for the year as well. I went POS and it was quick, 45 min tops I spent there. Didn't cold sweat at the end like the first time I gave. Guess it is a mind thing on how you feel afterwards.

Hey Guys I am a regular blood donor, i have three pints of blood available. However, my mom was diagnosed with a life threatening disease yesterday (*cancer) and requires life saving surgery. I need in total 12 pints of blood the doctor said and well minus my three i need 9 more.

i really need your help, i have never pictured myself being in this situation before. i always thought i would be the one to assist people.

Please guys your help would be greatly appreciated, its the reason we donate blood to save a life.
