Maye sheets changing colour real quick ( I did one building in red and one in dark gray and both of them faded within two to three months) Did one last year May with material from Varma and it held out good. Also used Ramkal's and it faded. GGI, Lifetime and Roofman has good material.
This info is only for coloured sheets, if it's unpainted you wont have fading or moss problems.
Use 26g ,the 28 is too thin, so it sinks and gets damaged even while handling and installing.
A lot of the cheaper suppliers buy chinese material which is inferior and their thickness is not what they say. Their 28g is probably around 29 and the 26 is also thinner than 26g. The owner of Varma's explained the system to me ,showing me the difference in thickness, and he buys from Australia, which has the superior material.
If you are investing in a roof , it is very costly and should last years, you should do some research, and also go with a company that offers a warranty on their material.
