Hmmm, a mall with a supermarket, shopping plaza & 4 screen Cineplex in that small space?? I’m guessing at least 4 stories plus the underground parking?
Can just imagine the EMR traffic from the ‘Puna market getting much worse with a mall in that location.

Wasn't that area of Tunapuna under water last year after some particularly heavy rains?

Not too comfortable with the idea of parking underground there nah.

Seeterram and dem could keep dat, because I sure they not compensating nobody when dey car flood out.
