Exactly. NLCB will not do anything for you. They may launch an investigation if something like that happens but with easy denial by the agent who cashed they ticket everything will be swept under the carpet and we'll no money for u

actually, unless the system changed....thats not true...worked as an operator in the early 2000's
and went for a couple training sessions and this was one of the questions raised
any agent cashing a winning ticket that agent's number is recorded with the time it was done
so they just simply cannot deny they didnt do it....
