An astute observation.
With the exception of the revolver, if the rest (which i suspect) are indeed full auto's, you talkin' high cyclic rates..coupled with high cap mags and bullet proof vests..surely these are not the typical kind of firearms (saturday night specials) that criminals just walk arbitrarily down the road with...
While compact..these are not small and easy to conceal like a pistol..

This is more suited to heists and high stakes robberies with the expectation of and preparation for a shootout..and tailor made/selected to outgun law enforcement or anyone else that stands in their way..
