is the osha act applicable to schools

Postby davymaraj » February 14th, 2014, 7:11 am

hi can anyone tell me if the OSHA act is applicable to schools because to me its not. For e.g how come schools becomes overcrowded don't they have a specific limitation on the number of student they can accommodate. Why are principals allowed to mismanage the schools and what about the school supervisors.

Yes it is, a school is classed as an industrial establishment.
