How cum ham cheaper per lb than pork? By 50% sometimes?

How geera ham or bbq ham go go dong?

Check the water content...I dont generally buy pork with a high brine content unless its for a very slow cook.

I did manage to get a 1KG rib on loin for 2£ today...I happy wif that

but den ham is cured and a roast is the cut just processed from the abattoir, so i ent know for sure.
