Supertech is about the cheapest computer parts store in Trinidad.

I endorse this.

Quality of product and a wide variety is another story. Compared both a few days ago, Wizz has a wider range of offerings and at very good prices

Wizz and Circuit Zone are your go-to places if you want decent parts, with variety. Supertech if you're on a budget or a non-enthusiast.

CZ, overpriced imo, might as well skybox the items in. Wizz has a small markup on their products and since they offering warranty I will buy there rather than order online

True. Supertech has some really good monitors and prices on them too if anything else.

How much does it cost to ship down a decent monitor, like 22 inches? Or would it make more sense to buy locally here?

This one is good for the price. The only thing I don't like is the zero rpm fan technology because it comes off and then comes on a bit loud for a bit. Not really bothersome unless you're in a really quiet room.
