i fed up so many different things.. arms dealer, talking to to the cop, insulting the cop , hypnotizing the cop, getting a ladder for the next room to burn the chandelier with the torch from the dealer, killing the bank employees, shooting the police man but he just keeps coming and counting.. bahhh i give up

Talk to arms dealer, get phone number, die, next time call arms dealer, go into storage room, move ladder, talk to arms dealer, gives you the torch, climb ladder and burn chandelier.
