Nothing against the guy though, he's a kool fella.

Just wondering why he in the video, of all people.

Won't doubt if the girl is a member of staff too.

The opening of the new section of the highway have resulted in more traffic. Why they didn't wait until interchanges were complete to have the opening?

Leaving that stretch unmaintained made my drives much longer.

they did some alterations earlier this week to the Golconda area and it appears to be working well enough. Before they had one large lane for those heading to Debe/ San Fernando (SBL), as well as for POS/ San Fernando (NBL). Now they've split the large lanes into two, so traffic is flowing and merging smoother. Naturally there will always be the few that have no idea/ don't give a fork, what a solid white is for, but other than that, the temporary system seems much better now.

edit: included location

Indeed, they could at least pave from the market to the highway and do something to remove a lane turning right by the market. That two lane thing is madness, also the lights :|

Really need to work on that little bit and then look for a pat on their back.

ditto this. a jackass in a B15 tried very very hard to cause an accident today. send all traffic towards the new triangle west of the market, and let them come back to the lights in the lane controlled by it.

agreed, that market area has always been chaotic :?
Library corner, San Fernando is another epic mess, but that's for another thread I guess.

Realistically speaking, we ent see another opening for 2yrs or so hopefully, debe lights has to be fixed IMO. The m2 is going to be an expensive upgrade but I'm amazed that with 8 billion no one thought about fixing that road before opening the extension

With 2 elections coming up, expect more premature openings.
