ok I just bought the nexus 4 on google store

https://play.google.com/store/devices/d ... &gclsrc=ds

its $199 but the final order came up to $225 with tax and shipping.

Should maybe cost $2200 TT when it lands here and clears customs.

Lets talk selling it now for $2800 for the 16GB locally its not a really bad deal but its a bit cheaper online. Plus u guaranteed 100% sure google store sells original stuff.
Trinidad loves to sell refurbished and brand it as new.

Its 38% Vat and Duty

Anything you buy online never crosses 10 times the price you see it for unless its very heavy and shipping costs come into play. So $225 won't cross$2250

I bought lots of phones online. Most of the time customs actually charge me less than what its really worth so I have no problems with buying online.

Plus I getting it brand new from google store. All them stores in Trinidad does sell refurbished and tell you its new and you can't tell the difference. Hell even most of them Merchants on Amazon does sell refurbished and claim its new.

Only if you buy direct from Amazon.com you guaranteed its new.

hmmmm

This is Samsung’s Galaxy Gear smartwatch: A blocky health tracker with a camera

Image

Samsung is set to reveal its Galaxy Gear smartwatch next Wednesday, Sept. 4, in Berlin. But this weekend, we got a first look at the watch.

Here it is.

The press has been speculating about the hardware and design, and leaking information, since word got out that the company would be designing its smartwatch to rival new and yet-to-be-released gadgets from Sony, Apple and Pebble.

Fellow tuners, I have a question about updating my phone firmware
An official software update came our for my HTC one , but I'm on a custom recovery (still default ROM, hence i got the OTA update). As a result, whenever I try to update to the new software, it the custom recovery prevents the update. Sooo the noob thing to do would be to remove the custom recovery, revert to stock and update OTA, but I thinking there must be a better way. Maybe download the official HTC ONE ROM, the new version and just flash it??

find what folder the OTA update is downloaded to. Usually it's a folder under the Home folder.
Copy the folder to your external SD card.
reboot into your custom recovery.

wipe Dalvik and wipe cache.
flash the update from folder on SD card.
reboot.

Its for the international S4 not the att model. XDA made a mistake in one of their article headings.

Just a little update on the HTC one which was sent back for repair. I will be picking up the device tomorrow from the courier. However duties and taxes was charge but that will be matter i will have to take up between customs and the skybox company even though the device was originally sent from Trinidad.

All the internals of the phone was changed from main board to the battery. They say everything works perfect now. I will surely be the test of that.

would you all buy a PS Vita or a Nexus 4/Galaxy S3 phone?

Killzone for PS vita looking real good. I studying if I should of bought a Vita instead of Nexus 4

Won't be changing my order as I learn all N4 has been sold out on playstore.

But this order I placed last week if it dont ship I feel I might buy a vita to kill time on the go.

But still I feel Modern Combat 4 is more than good enough
