I waiting 2 an a half weeks now to get meh car licence an ah nuh sure if is d dealer
playin d @$$ or if iz really d backlog @ licencing. Tuners?

^yes eh. I also got my plates today (after almost 3 weeks of waiting). Apparently
licencing (same Sando) loss my papers an had to re-do d application all kinda
nonsense. What does really take place in these public offices?

^well I got a number ranging in the 5xxx. I was most baffled when I
saw a car on the road with a number much higher than mine but then
the dealer told me that each licencing office has a certain batch of
numbers allocated to them. Was told that if you currently go to
licencing POS you'll get a 6xxx but if you go Sando you'll get
5xxx.
