Depends on what you into.

I does search Google for 3d stuff. Had a circuit board layout a time as a background so it looks like through the screen you seeing into the phone.

That's all i'll say, i'll leave the rest of the fun up to you

Edit: Phone must be rooted btw.

I looked into this, and it's editing a file, which assumes that you have root access. As I don't intend to use the S3 as my primary phone, I'm opting not to root the device. (Partly because I'm waiting on the 4.2.2 firmware to be pushed to the phone).

I do have a question about the proposed unlock though, and it's purely out of curiosity. Since the unlock is done by editing a bin file, does the unlock go away when he firmware is upgraded?

S3 right?

Somewhere I read about unlocking without rooting, will look for it later.

Hey, anyone used the Sir Lancelot's screen protectors yet?

http://www.sirlancelotsarmor.com/produc ... tor-nexus4

Better yet, anyone used it with the Ringke fusion case? Does it sit down proper?

Btw, price drop on the Ringke Fusion cases.

Sully, did you try the other sim card yet?
If it is similar to this method:
https://modblog101.wordpress.com/2012/0 ... h-a-bonus/
(As in editing the EFS) then no, flashing firmwares do not touch that portion of the FS.

Yeh. That's why there is a section called "Second Step: Backup Your EFS" ;)
Find us the calculator for nah... I'll be more than willing to amend it and add it in.

no big changes in 4.3 so not worried about it.

I installed the original android camera app on the s4, it takes better pics than the Samsung camera app.

s3 and s4 displays are different, so the same photo would look different on both. The s3 is "over saturated" and the s4 "fixes"that problem. I personally have no problem with my "over saturated" s3 display

Hey guys is this an android problem with using bmoblie 4g postpaid but when doing a side by side speedtest with an iPhone the iPhone always has a lower ping and atleast double download speed(I usually get 1-1.5 Mbps dl and the iPhone gets 3.5+ Mbps dl with upload speeds being about the same)
Been using an iPhone 4s for the past few months and never had problems with streaming YouTube hd videos etc. But now video is always choppy and I need to let it buffer for a few seconds before I can start watching.
How do u s3 and s4 users compare?
My APN settings :
Name: bmoblie internet
Apn: internet
Everything else I left at the default settings.
Are these the correct settings or are these the usual speeds for android phones?what can I do to get it up to 3.5+mbps?

i get this _same_ issue on my htc one x on digicel. I called them a couple times but it somehow goes back to what it was. It's also location dependent. In POS area i get around 7mbit however on the E-W corridor i get <1mbit.
I just ignore it.

Thanks a lot man. I find the S4 stock camera and gallery app a bit slow so I definitely prefer using this.. But is anyone else's camera and gallery app a tad laggy? Just wondering if I should reflash
