Feedback-NDT course @ ANDTS

Anybody ever did the Non-Destructive Testing course at this training institute http://andts.com/events/special-offer-weekend/
would like to get some feedback from any former students before putting out $11k.
Currently a Plant Operator for the past 7 years getting fed up of the shift work

did MP/LP/UT LEVELS 1 &2 and some phase array and thickness guaging with ANDTS.
Very professional and nice addition to the resume. Wouldn't hurt at all, helps if your already in a related industry

What about working hours, mon-fri, weekends off/on- call?
I worked as an Industrial Maintenance Tech. for a number of years before getting into Operations.

So you thinking of changing careers. Dont! NDT companies here don't pay you your worth as a LII as compared to the rest of the world.
As for the training, do it if possible then transfer to maintenance/Inspection Dept. at your company.

i did MP, LP, lvl 1 - 3 IR Thermographer and never had a problem....

I would recommend definately.
