Doing a small rib-roast on the grill later (oven first though)seasoned with cracked peper, sea salt and a bit of fresh garlic, some baby back ribs that have been chillin in a nice Kansas City-inspired rub for the past few hours....mop and sauce ready to go.
Sides- roast corn, new potato salad, roast sweet potato, cole slaw,vege burgers (for the GF), soft bread rolls and fresh crispy salad with french dressing.
Banana and walnut bread now out the oven, to be served later with some vanilla ice-cream as dessert.
A selection of Louisiana Abita beer and some Sweet tea to go with it all.
