dias a trouble car, not worth the price to maintain, the Passat might be more bang for ya buck, if you can get a good one.

Boras have low residuals... a 6 year old specimen would sell for less than 40% of it's original value

30-40k if its in good condition.
expect to spend at least the purchase price on maintenance within the first year, and possibly every subsequent year. probably cheaper to get a new one and pay the installment instead.
