Buddy of mine told me that the reason the downloads are so slow is because of the issue that happened on Monday, apparently they're doing some sort of network load balancing and while we do have connectivity, downloads won't be up to par.....

Is this why my torrents stick on "connecting to peers" ?

enable 'forced encryption' in uTorrent and see if it helps.

Idk if it's a flow problem but I only experienced the uTorrent trouble after I upgrade to 3.3 (on Monday)
Searched uTorrent forums & users had the same problem. I got mine to work from the uTorrent screen; right click torrent - advanced - clear peer list then force start.
Just put something to download, it start normal but speed not crossing 40kB/s though.

Same problem; not even what I am seeding is connecting. I have randomized my ports and encrypted the connection but still nothing.

I wonder if Flow is blocking the trackers?

God say it ain't so. Might end up back at blink then :/

The Glasnost test couldn't give me an accurate result because of 'noise'...whatever that is. Up to midnight my downloads were coming in at 4.0 kbps max. Whenever one was downloading, the other dropped to 0.
