The WI team performance with swing, bounce at pace all happening is always going to cause significant problems.
Actually the decision to bat first given the infor. available may have been a serious mis-calculation.
Well lined bowling delivered with swing and pace will be the death of our side.
I am hoping for the best but really expecting the worse.
Hope the guys would modify their mind-set quickly and address this tour with more grit and determination punctuated with intelligence and skill.

To the few that did not watch the game . Aus were 4-62 , 5-93, 6-98 with some superb fielding from the WI. Then DRS came to the party , Bailey who top scored with 125 , while on 30 was given a life line by DRS , with the ball more than 50 % hitting leg, the decision of not out stood .

If Gayle was out so was Bailey . Then the high-noon robbery of Devon Thomas , Snicko nor Hot Spot showed anything but the third umpire shockingly overruled the not out decision .

Some very favorable home town decisions.

Yup. He was bought for $290,000 by RC Bangalore. Sammy was sold for $425,000...a real bargain deal

I think the WI women can teach the men a thing or two.

Big innings from S. Taylor (171) as the women made 368 in 50 overs and bowled down SL for 159.

A huge 209 runs defeat to the team that defeated the reigning champs (Eng)

Australia 329/7 (50 ov), West Indies 290 (47.3 ov), Australia won by 39 runs and with that take the series.

LOL...so what's the excuse this time? The Umpires cheat for Australia again or what?...

Well, like so many of you lost sleep and still waiting on WI to start to play serious cricket.
Really at a loss to understand why these fellas not getting down to business.
Weak mindset seems to be killing us with experienced players refusing to live-up to their capabilities.
Heard a lot of 'SOCA' in the background and wondered!

I acknowledge the contribution made by Sarwan over the years cannot be disregarded, but his 'pick' remains a serious question to which no reasonable explanation is available.
This appears to be the WICB attempting to satisfy a debt resulting from their banishment of Sarwan for fairly hazy reasons.
The look on this player's face today speaks volumes.
