I think it have quite a few other local realtor websites with alot more to offer; not to mention FB marketplace.

find a way to distinguish yourself from all the other websites and you'll have something good

Looks good on a first glance.
My major prolem with Trinidad real estate website is lack of information by the Realtors.

An example is that on a next website; one puts land for sale in Chaguanas for $500000. nothing about location in Chaguanas and size of land.

Get realtors to put in proper information and you will a have a site with excellent traffic.

The lack of consistency in the prices quoted is bothersome. Sometimes its stated as 5mTT sometimes as 5000000.

Further the currency used throughout is not standard. Some properties quoted in US and some in TT. Personally I like to see one currency used throughout.

These trini realtors trying too much usa lyrics,plus most properties are over rated or over priced,sometime ago there was a magazine with lots of homes and land,but they were too high priced,then the mag just vanished.
