The parts list nice but you shoulda just sell the cpu and done. Remember complete towers hard to sell on tuner above a certain price eh.

I use TuneUp Utilities 2011. If you have VMware installed, one time, disable the service if you don't use it much.

Yes did that and it still runs slow...boots takes atleast 5 min to desktop

Try clearing CMOS using the jumpers, (but I guessing u may have done so alr). Also have u tried a diff SATA port/cable? SSD?HDD?
