^^^ Funny that you use the word justice. They had no right (in my opinion) to charge these police officers. The three fellas in Price Plaza are known bandits and criminals as well as the those from Moruga. The police do the right thing.

Funny how the DPP could find evidence to charge the police officers in this but couldn't get any evidence to charge the 200+ gang members/criminals who were released from custody.

Only in T&T.

the hypocrisy is strong in this thread.

I agree. Let's see if any one of them is a victim of crime how they will feel about the perpetrators..

DPP is an imps.....he acts against the state.....expect him to come under scrutiny soon......

i couldn't care if they had a gun or not.......if you robbed ppl before, and rolling around in a stolen car, i'm willing to bet that you will rob ppl again.........police did their job and acted pro-actively instead of reactively.......and now they public wants a lynching.......

they complaining about special treatment..........
the guys aren't even convicted, but you want to put them with the very same ppl they locked up? that will be unfair.

typical trini 5 day memory.......danraj and panday got special treatment as well.........

Police Service Commission chairman Nizam Mohammed says there are too many Africans in the hierarchy of T&T Police Service and he intends to address the issue with assistance from the Parliament. Mohammed said there was an imbalance with the ethnic composition of officers ranking from superintendents to Assistant Commissioners of Police.

The police know that they are criminals and yet can only used excessive force for a short time to say justice served? Why they couldn't get solid evidence and put them away for some years or even a lifetime?

Once police do their job the correct way they will have these people in jail.

Guns found in the police station ceiling what happened with that?
Or yea anything illegal in the police service is an easy fix "transfer"

We shall see in time to come, maybe years.....

Why the racial spin?

The Central Division is made up mostly of officers from the community which is predominantly Indo-Trini.

Really disappointed in this coming from a mod.

Ha, well now there's gonna be an even greater imbalance since Central Division makes up what? 90% on the Indo population within the police service?

FYI i'm not one of these little nannyhole boys in here. Your comment was in bad taste get emo if you like.

The only officer i know that was involved in that incident is guess  Mr. Elton Charlerie, we worked together for years in OCNU and he is the godfather of my only child.

If the truth of my observation offends you go ahead ban me, i've never made an issue of being banned. The fact that you would even consider it proves your petty discontent. Go ahead and ease some of that chess bun emorasta.

Where did you see me defend the sheit done by them? Re-read my comments on this thread. I really don't care if it's Afro-trini, Indo-trini, Chinee etc.

My problem is persons making judgments based on race, yes it's propagated all over 2nr and honestly i'm sick of it (especially the kill all the beathamites). As a mod i would think it prudent of you not to continue the stupidness but at least use your power to stop it in some way.

If it's anyone showing their emoness it's you, i usually don't take anything on 2nr seriously and really not in the mood to start with this topic. You went on a tangent because i stated a fact. If it fall in your garden hard luck.

PS I loosened the belt, thanks it was limiting circulation a bit, don't know what i would have done without you honey.

It's easy to say that when you're on the other side of the fence but how many people must have been taken advantage of by these people ? We keep forgetting that the Express reported that the car they were in was a stolen car and the owner identified Kerron Eccles as the person who held her up at gunpoint and relieved her of her property.

If these people were innocent I would be the first to say jail those officers but the deceased were not any angels. But to balance it off I would still like to know the full criminal record of the deceased.
